Shipment
Within Germany: Shipping is free regardless of the value of the goods. Delivery time is 3 to 6 business days.
Within the European Union: Shipping costs are €10. Delivery time: 7 to 16 business days.
To America and Canada: Shipping costs are €45. Delivery time: 7 to 22 business days.
Custom artwork: For custom-made pieces, the seller will contact the customer to agree on the exact delivery time.
Important note on customs duties
For deliveries to America, Canada, and countries outside the EU, shipping terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the customer is responsible for any customs fees and import duties that may arise upon import into the respective country.
The goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are specified in the offer or order confirmation.
We ask our customers to immediately check the delivered goods for completeness and any possible transport damage. If any damage is discovered, please notify us immediately so we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
Right of return and cancellation
Return shipment in case of transport damage
If the goods are damaged during transport or arrive incomplete, we will cover the costs of return shipping and replacement delivery in accordance with legal requirements.
Return shipment upon customer request
If the return is requested by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. A refund will only be issued if the defect is legitimate and not caused by the customer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
For artworks that are custom-made according to the customer's wishes and detailed specifications, cancellation or return is excluded. This policy applies because the products are specifically manufactured according to customer specifications and cannot be resold. All designs and artwork are presented with precise information and realistic images to avoid misunderstandings.
Right of withdrawal for standard products: Customers have the right to return standard products within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification to us is required. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the delivered goods are defective.
