Free return within Germany in case of damage or technical defects:

If an item is damaged in transit or has a technical defect upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs within Germany. Please contact us immediately after receiving the item so we can organize the return process and a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is free regardless of the value of the goods.

Delivery :

The goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery times are stated in the offer, during the ordering process, or in the order confirmation.

Inspection of the goods:

The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and any possible transport damage. Should the goods be damaged, the operator must be notified immediately to enable prompt resolution.
